Clear terms for shared work.

These terms are between you and Orbance, ABN 23 150 036 638. They apply when you access the website, create or join a workspace, start a trial or use a paid service.

If you act for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business. A signed order or other expressly agreed term prevails only to the extent it conflicts with this page.

Orbance provides modular customer relationship and operating software. Features, limits and availability depend on the selected plan, role, workspace configuration and connected providers.

Product descriptions must be read with the current plan and checkout information. A feature shown as planned, preview, beta, unavailable or provider-dependent is not promised as generally available.

You must provide accurate account information, protect authentication methods and promptly remove access that is no longer authorised. Workspace owners control their business configuration and must assign access appropriate to each person's role.

Do not share credentials or use another business's workspace without authority. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Current price, currency, GST treatment, trial length, payment-method requirement, billing interval, renewal and trial-end behaviour are shown before checkout. Those confirmed terms apply to the subscription you select.

You can cancel through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation takes effect as stated at confirmation. Refunds and remedies remain available where required by law; this page does not create a blanket no-refund rule.

You keep ownership of the data and content you place in Orbance. You give Orbance the limited permission needed to host, protect, process, transmit and back up that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate permissions for customer, staff and recipient information you add. Our Privacy page explains Orbance's handling practices.

You must not use Orbance for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or security-harming activity, to infringe another person's rights, or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The Anti-spam and acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms for messaging activity.

Connected services remain subject to their own availability and terms. Orbance is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control, but will not use that limitation to avoid responsibility for Orbance's own conduct.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is assistance, not accounting, legal, financial or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for review and decisions.

We may maintain, secure and improve Orbance. We will use reasonable notice for a material change that adversely affects an active paid service, unless urgent action is needed for security, law or provider safety.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Any separate written service commitment applies on its stated terms.

Orbance may restrict activity that creates an immediate security, legal, payment or abuse risk. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow a chance to correct it before broader suspension or termination.

You may stop using Orbance and cancel a subscription through the available controls. Data access, export and deletion after termination depend on the plan, the reason for termination and any legal retention duty communicated to you.

Each party is responsible for loss it causes to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot be excluded.

Any limitation is read fairly, in the context of the agreement as a whole, and does not give Orbance an unrestricted right to avoid its responsibilities.

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes should be notified before they take effect where reasonable. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, subject to any right to cancel and any non-excludable legal rights.
